Kathy Barbini, founder of Big Voice Pictures, and producer/director,
is an award-winning independent documentary and television producer
focusing on social issues. Ms. Barbini's independent documentary, The Healing Years,
broke ground in the field of child sexual abuse prevention, gaining recognition worldwide.
Ms. Barbini has an extensive and varied background working as an independent
producer for national broadcast television programs, including educational,
news and documentary productions.

Highlights include:
The Discovery Channel's multi-award winning
educational documentary series Assignment Discovery,
an ACE-Award nominated special for MTV Networks about
celebrities who donate their time to social causes,
and co-producer for a prime-time Presidential election-eve special
broadcast on ABC, NBC and CBS.

Additionally, Ms. Barbini was Project Director for HBO's
national fundraising tour of the Emmy-award winning documentary
Dear America: Letters Home From Vietnam,
organizing national screenings and fundraising.
She is currently producing a new documentary, Boys and Men Healing.

Simon Weinberg, co-owner of Big Voice Pictures, and Co-producer
and Marketing/Distribution Manager for Boys and Men Healing,
designed the marketing campaign and initiated the development of over 10,000 clients
and broadcast on PBS stations nationwide for The Healing Years.
He obtained hundreds of endorsements from leaders in the field.
Mr. Weinberg generated over 250 magazine and newsletter articles for KB Films,
developed web site links and coordinated screenings
at international film festivals and over 100 conferences including
The American Psychological Association's International Conference
and The International Family Violence Conference.
He developed relationships with leading national organizations including:
The US Justice Department,
The Center for Disease Control,
The American Corrections Association,
and National Center Against Sexual Assault.

Mr. Weinberg has also been a fundraiser
and marketing director for environmental organizations,
including Friends of the River, participating in bringing the
organization from $200,000 budget to over $2,000,000 per year.
